Climbing
Climbing is so tough! You really need every muscle in your body and perfect balance. Also you need to keep close to the wall so that you don't waste too much energy hanging with your arms, but it's easier said than done. I never got to complete the horizontal wall (not even half of it) cos my forearms were so tired. Then I tried vertical climbing (with overhang). Very shiok! But I couldn't get past the overhang. Need a strategy. Gabor was very patient with me and told me how to do this and that, but I was simply too tired, or rather I didn't have the perseverance in me to do it. Went up halfway and just fell down (hanging by the safety rope). The first time I fell, i had a shock, but of course Gabor being an expert, was there to hold me up with the safety rope.

After that, we went to the sauna with Manu. Damn shiok. Feeling sleepy now after biking, climbing and sauna. I think I will not go Caio tonight, and to bed instead. Got an appointment with a professor tomorrow at 9am. Urgh.
