I Think this is the Oulu Town Hall. It bears the Oulu coat of arms (in between the 20 and the 06.) I can't believe a town has its own coat of arms.
Gabor, Erika (me and Wei Ling's kummi), Nima and Wei Ling posing after doing up our Oulucard (something like Singapore's EZLink).
Look, the canal's frozen! Nahhh, it's not really cold. LOL.
Rotuuari the pedestrian street in Oulu, our own shopping centre of sorts. Probably smaller than Helsinki's. There're lotsa restaurants, pubs and discos there. And of course, Stockmann, H&M (but no Zara) and Anttilla (supermarket).
