I cooked a Singaporean meal! =)

Fried rice and veggie soup.

Finally I cooked something more Singaporean, my first time since I reached Finland. Actually I cooked fried rice before, but it didn't taste good, so that doesn't count haha.

Got favourable comments from Manu and Thomas. W00t! Next next week I will host a dinner party. Singaporean food ;) (Guest list not confirmed yet, but I hope I can keep to about 6 to 7 people.)

I will cook:
- Fried rice with lup qiong, luncheon meat/ham, egg, shrimp, carrots, peas, corn (experimented)
- Gong Bao Ji (learned from ZM)
- Veggie soup (experimented and learnt a bit from ZM)
- Grilled chicken (not really Singaporean but just to stuff the guests' stomachs so they won't be hungry.)
- Steamed egg with mushrooms (easiest dish HAHA!)

I need to buy:
1. Rice (2pkts of 1kg)
2. 2 cans of mushrooms
3. Onions
4. Garlic
5. Luncheon meat
6. Eggs
7. Frozen shrimps
8. Frozen veggie mix (no fresh ones =S)
9. Chicken slices (2 pkts)
10. 1 cabbage

Looks like this meal's going to cost me some. But never mind I hope all goes well and nothing gets charred/undercooked. My first time to host a dinner party anyway! =)
