Some random thoughts

I realized that the Europeans generally have a great love for the outdoors. Be it skiing, hiking, climbing, or just simply doing sports, I have no idea what else they love doing. I guess only Singaporeans love eating that much. Haha...

2 of my flatmates have gone on a skiing trip. I would have loved to go along as well, but the cost of the trip is so expensive! 70 euros for the trip plus 40 for rental of skis, and another 40 euros for the ski lifts (to bring you to the top of the mountain, unless u like climbing mountains and skiing down afterwards and climbing up again etc.)

One of my exams is over and now I decided to relax for one weekend. Anyway I don't have anything to study. On Monday, I will go to the school computer lab to print some notes for reading. And maybe it'll be back to the everyday-go-to-library-and-mug routine. I heard my friends in Singapore are so stressed up, especially the engineering people. Luckily I am on SEP, so I can relax a bit for one semester. I really don't like the idea of being stressed for one whole semester and just generally rushing around, attending lectures, doing tutorials, trying to meet deadlines for projects and all those late nights in school. Well actually I like staying back in school with friends doing a project, but I need to sleep in my bed too. Last semester's 2007 project really freaked me out. My friends bear witness to that incident. Haha... Oops.

Right now, I am missing my family (and friends as well, you know who you are!) I don't think I am eating right, cos I feel sick of cooking (actually the cooking is not the most difficult part; it's the thinking of what to cook that is very tough for me). On Friday, I went with Nima to have pizza buffet and it was good, but I can't stand eating anymore kebab and fries for some time. On second thoughts, I might just make a pizza for myself tomorrow morning. And fries too. Erm.. yeah.

Maybe now's the time to try out my cousin's recipe for chicken rice. Hehe.
