So I sat at the lounge the whole day, waiting for him to appear. He never did. And then slowly, you start to realize how NUS got its top 18th (no, 22nd, it dropped this year! *snigger*) place in the world. By the way, Oulun Yliopisto (University of Oulu) is also in the list of top 500 universities in the world.
It's placing? Top 400++. *tries to snigger, but launches into a guffaw*
