In Moscow

I'm safe (still) in Moscow and so far, none of what CJ described has happened to me. Phew. The place is indeed crawling with policemen and soldiers, and they do look imposing as compared to Singaporean soldiers. LOL!

At this Russian internet cafe in the lobby of my hotel, and this irritating keyboard types in Russian Cyrillic alphabet. SO IRRITATING! I don't know how to make this work so I can't sign on to my MSN or Skype. Anyway, I'm glad that I can post on my blog.

Tomorrow will be my last day in Moscow, and at 1am we will take a train to St Petersburg. Another 8 or 9 hour gruelling train ride. I really hate the travelling about on buses or trains. The Metro in Moscow is really an eye opener.

I've made new friends in Moscow, and met new people studying in Helsinki! It's fun to hang out with this group that I have made acquaintances of.

I shan't go into details about the trip now, and I would like to elaborate more when I post pictures of the trip. So far, I am really happy with the pictures I managed to take. Anyway, this post is just to reassure my family and friends that I am safe.
