Trip to Russia

Update: Apparently Wei Ling is very persistent and she wants me to move her bags down to Helsinki with her, so I will be down in Helsinki (Leppavaara) in ZM's place on the 9th instead. Once I go down, it'll be for 2 days, then I will switch to my Singapore handphone number once I am in Russia (on the 11th).

I'll be going to Russia from the 11th-17th of April. First we will be visiting Moscow, then to St Petersburg for more sightseeing. Somehow CJ said that Russia is a horrible place (sorry I paraphrased his words, in line with NUS' policy of non-plagiarism =P, so maybe the meaning didn't come out right?) but I will try my best to enjoy it. I had a little introduction to it, thanks to Eva who showed me some postcards from St Petersburg.

Well, I will try to bear in mind that Russia is not as safe as Finland or Singapore, so I will be sticking to my group of friends who are going with me. Hope that I will have enough memory for all the pictures that I take. I only got 2 stupid memory cards, 512MB and 128MB ones.

I will be leaving Oulu on the 10th April (or maybe 9th? Depends on the persistence of Wei Ling, who wants to go to Helsinki as fast as possible. We will take another stupid train ride down to Helsinki.) I am leaving early cos I want to meet CJ in ZM's place. Hehe... Then he can tell me why Russia is horrible. Idiot!

I need to plan for more upcoming trips, but I feel really lazy la. Someone please plan something and ask me to go along leh. HAHA! The Czech people have asked me along on a rafting trip. Sounds very interesting! And it's good that they have experienced people amongst themselves. I want to try rafting!

Now I will try to start on the 2001 project. Hopefully I passed both my exams. I will go ask the profs tomorrow how my results are (if they have finished marking already).
